"I was not buried, I was sowed.
And slowly, quietly, wildy, I bloomed."

We are dedicated to helping others discover their truths and become the most authentic version of themselves.

About

Wild Roots Wellness is focused on helping individuals thrive in spite of circumstance. Similar to the way in which a wildflower blooms through cement, we believe that people can grow and flourish throughout unfavorable situations.

Our approach focuses on authenticity, transparency, and helping people to discover their own truths. We consider the unique needs of each individual and what growth means to them. We help others to root themselves by discovering their strengths and using them to overcome adversity. Our main goal is helping others to feel that they are truly living rather than only existing.

Wild Roots Wellness specializes in helping individuals struggling with:

Stress

Fear / Anxiety

Depression

Relationship Issues
